Red Devil is a modern and easy-to-grow mid-season apple tree variety with deep red fruits borne in heavy crops in September. The fruits are widely recognised for their attractive, pinky red flesh, which very juicy and has a moderately sweet/sharp taste with a hint of a strawberry scent. The pressed apples produce a pink coloured juice full of pleasant flavour, and it has a very attractive appearance. Red Devil apples store well and can be kept until January in cold, dry conditions.
